Arrived between 9 and 9:30am, 2 cars pulled in just ahead of me. Very easy and clear instructions to choose type of wash, just exterior or exterior & interior. Great prices too. $34 Manager Special gets interior/exterior cleaning, with other options for a few more dollars. Took total of 30 minutes from paying at the gate until I was back on the road. Nice job inside and out!
A fast car wash, with a combination of brushes and water pressure, not completely touchless which actually cleans the car better than touchless car washes however that means your vehicle will be touched and rubbed upon. That being said, I've noticed super fine scratches in the paint visible when up close which isn't an issue if you don't have time to hand wash your own vehicle or pay lots of money to have someone do it. The dryer doesn't completely dry your vehicle but they do offer towels to complete the drying process to prevent spots after wash. They have different price packages that includes more detailing by the staff along with free vacuuming. I like the $19 wash that includes tire shine but no extra staff detailing. I complete inside and outside detailing myself. This place is reasonably priced for everyone's needs and I would recommend.
After having my truck detailed, i noticed an area that looked like it was missed. Turns out that something had splashed on it and dried before the service. Totally my fault. The manager Todd rewashed it anyway and took extra steps to remove the splash. Great customer service!
Service is quick and mostly professional. They could give you a little more unrushed time to read the menu choices when selecting service choices. Feeling rushed tends to just make folks just take the default and less expensive choice.
Price is reasonable for the drive through and quick interior cleaning. Always seek this place out when my F350 needs a bath.
Professional staff and clean facility. With as much dirt that passes through, they keep their location clean and presentable. I think they even armorall the waiting area seats.
