My doctor chose this facility based upon their supposed availability, as I needed twice weekly physical therapy starting immediately while still on medication. They said I could start on Monday (3 days later), but that entire appointment consisted of filling our paper work and they refused to give me two days of actual therapy as prescribed.
Receptionist can't seem to handle scheduling appointments. To be fair they seemed understaffed, but you should care enough to make sure cancellations are communicated to a patient. The physical therapist and her assistant were very nice though.
The staff was amazing! I was seen twice a week and had no appt issues. I was feeling much better in no time!
Awesome PT facility! Kim, the aquatic Physical therapist really worked hard for me, coming up with unique exercises to help me recover quicker! I never had issues with getting squeezed in at times that worked for me... the receptionist and the insurance girl were always on the ball. The facility is super clean and relaxing!
