Food Craft kept it simple and very tasteful and for that I greatly appreciate it.
However, I only have one compliant... Please Clean Those Ceiling Fans!!
First time visiting, nice atmosphere with a cozy setup a long with a full bar and outside patio seating. French toast lived up to the hype. Fried green tomatoes were different but good. Server he did excellent! I'll be returning.
Love the atmosphere. Enjoyed the food. Our server had greenish hair (didn't get her name) she was awesome! The Scotch Egg was amazing!! Our food arrived in a timely manner. Can't wait to come back.
Since it was coming on to the brunch hour I had unsweetened tea that was not tannic nor was it bitter. The food arrived in a very reasonable amount of time and we were all eating within 10 minutes.
It was Saturday morning busy. The seating was adequate the wait staff was busy, customer needs were met, and finished dishes where bused away rather quickly by a specific person who cycled through the tables busing dishes. I like efficiency and that was efficient.
The wait staff made their way through the tables making sure drinks were filled and coffee was replenished in a timely manner.
The prices were reasonable but it was a bit more than I really would choose to spend on breakfast if I was a person who ate breakfast out often.
We ordered biscuits and gravy. When our plate arrived, only 1 biscuit had gravy. When we asked for more, the waitress said they were out and wouldn't make anymore because they closed in 20 minutes. Why did they tell us there wasn't enough gravy to properly prepare the dish? The French toast, potatoes, and grits were well prepared. Price is a little higher than it here breakfast restaurants.
Overall I thought the meal was very good and not overly spiced up like some restaurants (which feel the need to liberally over use spicing).
The food choices were breakfast/ brunch stuff. I had the pecan pancakes with a couple of over easy that were over easy and not over cooked. I also had two patties of turkey sausage and that choice was very tasty indeed.
Everything l tried was wonderful. Best French toast, and best chicken & waffles.No long wait time.. The food comes out fresh, hot and delicious.
