Jim Hicks came to my home to assess my 2 bathrooms in need of a renovation. He literally spent 2 or 3 hours at my home discussing things that could be done for a potential renovation, but mostly talked about his life and family matters. He said he would have an estimate to me in the next couple weeks after he left. I never received an estimate. I called about a month later, receptionist said she would get back to me never did. Called about 6 months later bc thought the summer months would be busy... receptionist made it seem like I never had the appointment and it wasnt in the books so therefore I prob didnt have the appt. I told her I did in fact have the meeting w Jim and spoke of some things he told me that would clue her in that yes I met w Jim. I asked if she could ask Jim if he still had his notes on my bathroom inquiry. She said I know Jim, if its been this long he most likely doesnt remember or have notes and I would probably need to reschedule an estimate with him, which i refused bc I dont want my head talked off for another 3 hrs. She said she would ask him and get back to me. Still hasnt gotten back to me. They obviously dont care about customer service or having my business. I’m just mad I wasted almost 3 hours of painful conversation and didnt even get an estimate. Thanks for nothing and thanks for caring. Not a good way to run a business.
