If you get anything from this review it should be to not bring your animal here unless you want to spend ridiculous amounts of money, be treated disrespectfully and be more stressed out than you need to be. For your own sake and the sake of your animal GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!!

I had to work the next day so my mother went to pick him up. They charged me another $600 dollars and done surgery that told me earlier would not keep the wounds closed. They sent her home with medication and instructions on paper. He was given pain medication in syringes and 2 anti inflammatory pills or so we thought. After they got home they administered the pain medication and one of the anti inflammatory pills only to realize they had only given her one. I called up to the hospital and the receptionist told me that the vet tech had already explained to my mom that she had given my cat one of the pills at the hospital before he left. My mom said nobody told her that. A few minutes later I received a call from one of the doctors saying that they did not give him a pill and that I needed to come up there to pick it up.

Amazing staff!! My puppy was on deaths door and they did everything possible to bring him back from the brink of death. They call every shift and give updates. Our puppy was only 1 pound and they even made a special little oxygen box for him. If you want your pet to ha e the best chance of survival I highly recommend theses doctors and staff!

This place takes advantage of scared, worried animal owners who love their pets. I took my cat into this hospital around 3 am for a bite wound on his hind leg after he went missing for some time. After the vet examined him he came to tell me about his evaluation. He told me it did not look good and with this type of wound they could not close it themselves and that they would give him antibiotics and fluids and see if it helped. They had me deposit $750 but said they would check with me first before performing any other life saving measures because he was in a very bad state and might not make it.I received a phone call around 8 am from the doctor saying the antibiotics worked and that I could pick him up that night to take him home. He said he would call me in between that time to give me an update.

So, they told me they would call me, they performed unnecessary surgery, did not give us the right amount of medication after telling me my mom was a liar but turns out they are. This place is terrible and caused so much more stress to an already stressful situation. They charged us money for surgery they told me would not benefit my animal!!!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!!!

This place took advantage of the fact that I was scared and upset that my cat was sick. They not only told me that my cat might not make it, they performed unauthorized surgery. Surgery that the doctor told me would be a waste of time for the wounds on my cat.

I got off of work that night around 1215 am and had had not gotten a phone call so I headed that way. About half way there I decided to call and give them a heads up I was coming to pick him up. The receptionist told me that he had to stay another night. I told her the doctor had not called to tell me that and the only phone call I had gotten from him was that I could pick him up that night. The response to that was that they were busy and didn’t have time to call!!!! WHAT? How unprofessional. I was told I couldn’t speak to the doctor and I could not get my cat until the next day.

This is actually the first review I have ever written (good or bad) about any company. I really feel that upset over this experience and feel that everyone should be aware of this place and the Doctor that was in charge of my cat’s care.

I wish I never took my baby to this establishment and wasted my mom and boyfriends money ..... First the vet told me that she had DKA (Diabetic ketoacidosis) and that she will not get better if I took her home. She then kept telling me it's best if I put my baby down..... NO!!!! So after I refuse to put her down she repeatedly asked if i wanted to pay now... I'M HURT WAIT TILL I CALM MYSELF FIRST... So I took my baby home after being told that hospitalization would cost around 3,000 to 4,500 dollars well my baby is doing great I monitor her sugar everyday and give her insulin when needed ... the same thing they was going to do at the vet but I'm just saving thousands of dollars doing it...

Amazing place! I’ve had to take my dog, Mocha, here twice for emergencies. The first time Mocha was having a severe allergic reaction to a bee sting. I called them to let them know I was on the way. A vet tech met me at the door and took Mocha to the back and immediately gave her the meds she needed. Our second most recent visit Mocha cut her leg and needed stitches. The receptionist was extremely sweet upon arrival and the vet tech and Veterinarian were both amazing. Mocha’s leg looks great and the swelling is almost gone and it’s only been two days. The prices were very reasonable both visits. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Every pet owner dreads the day they will lose their pet. We dread even more having to make the decision to let them go. We knew when we brought in our beloved Lizzie she was beyond hope. As a small reptile we were a little concerned they would not understand our sincere love for her (we have encountered vets that didn't). They were SO kind. They gave us time to say goodbye, time to grieve with her once she was gone, a copy of her paw print, and a card of sympathy a few days later. Thank you, thank you so much for your compassion. I sincerely hope we don't need you again for a long, long time but I'm SO glad you were there for us this time and I truly believe you would have done all you could if she had a chance. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. They truly care about your pet's well being and they know what they're doing. What more can you ask?
