Just leaving after the most relaxing weekend at the Marl Inn. Breakfast was delicious and all homemade. One morning was omelet to order and French toast the next. Best sleep I've had in months! The bed was very comfortable and the room was so quiet! The innkeepers were the nicest people. We walked to American Revolution War Museum at Yorktown and saw amazing movies, listened to lectures on historic figures, walked through the living history village, and saw a live cannon being shot. Thank you Amy and Paul for a great weekend! We will be back next year!

The most adorable BnB, my room The Butterfly just so sweet. Amy n Paul, the owners, are so gracious, down to earth couple, Amy's breakfast..baked oatmeal..oh, my heavens..getting the recipe. My two bffs surprised me with this incredible 70th bday present..I'm so blessed. There needs to be more stars on this rating.

So, this was our first try at a B&B. I wanted something different from all my hotel experiences. Not a single disappointment! Paul and Amy were amazing hosts and inn keepers! We stayed 4 days and could not have asked for a more relaxing and welcoming experience. We went with our 3 boys ages 9, 4,& 2 who also felt right at home. Food was delicious and different each day! Best part was Amy and Paul didn't feel like strangers. They are warm and welcoming and make you feel right at home. We forgot our cooler and they (without hesitation) generously let us use one of theirs! Last words: HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stay with them if looking for not only an awesome B&B but also perfect location to the river, historical sites, and fun parks!!

The Marl Inn is such a comfortable and beautiful place. Amy and Paul are extremely hospitable and inviting, and truly work hard to make it a wonderful stay. The location is prime, and it is within walking distance of the most scenic and historical areas in Yorktown! I most definitely recommend!

It's an absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast! The owners are amazing also! It's about 10 minutes from the beach if you're a slow walker. There's flowers galore and a beautiful deck to relax and maybe read a book. I was lucky enough to have some of my wedding photos taken onsite. Before I left the owners offered me a ride to the airport and my husband a ride back on base. They're absolutely wonderful people and we're already planning our stay there for our anniversary.
